Established in 1991, Beijing Science & Technology Consulting Center (BSTCC), which ratified by Beijing municipal government, is an independent legal entity directly subordinated to Beijing Association for Science & Technology (BAST).

Implement the strategy of national innovation——Establishing an innovative technology services system.

• For the purpose of promoting technology transfer, accelerating commercialization and market-orientation of technological fruits, BSTCC has launched a series of S&T exchange and cooperation projects, such as the SMEs International Cooperation Exhibition, the Golden Bridge Project and the China Overseas Intellectual Resources Program.
• For the purpose of promoting science popularization and improving national scientific quality, BSTCC creates and carries out a longterm mechanism of public benefit S&T popularization activity which has been supported by government, participated by society, and guided by market.
